If you have not received Four, you need to contact Golden Bell

I know there are a number of backers who have not yet received your shipments of Four. My last two updates were asking you to contact me and I sent the list of your information over to Golden Bell. When I followed up with Golden Bell today to ask about the status of those shipments, I was instead told that backers who have not yet received their shipments need to contact Golden Bell directly about the issue.
So if you have not yet received your copy(s) of Four, you need to email [email protected] to let them know you have not received your shipment.
I am sorry for the confusion on this and that there are still some of you awaiting your copies. I sincerely appreciate all of your support and patience.
Feel free to message me on Kickstarter if you have any questions and I will do what I can to help.
Hopefully this will be the last step and any outstanding orders will be resolved quickly.

I sent an update a month ago looking for US backers who have not yet received their copy(s) of Four, but at this point international copies should have been received as well. So if you have not yet received your copy(s), please send me a private message with your shipping address and I will get the info to Golden Bell to resend your shipment.
Coronavirus Delays... unfortunately, when I sent the list of the few US backers who had not received shipments over to Golden Bell I found out that their warehouse is in California and has been shut down as part of the state's efforts to combat coronavirus, so they have no access to the games to ship them at this point. So, while I cannot give you a new expected ship date as that will depend on the state of California, once access to the warehouse is restored, new shipments will be sent out.

I have heard from a handful of backers that had not, until recently, received their copy(s) of Four. When I spoke with Golden Bell they told me that they do not have tracking numbers, so they asked that we wait a couple more weeks to ensure all domestic deliveries had gone through before re-sending (deliveries outside the US still have a couple more weeks in their delivery window).
So at this point, if you are in the US and have no yet received your shipment, please send me a message to let me know. If you include your shipping address, we can also make sure nothing was mis-typed and we are sending the package to the right address.
As I hear from you I will pass the info along to Golden Bell to resend copy(s).
Sorry for the delay here for those of you who have not yet received your copies. Hopefully we can get you squared away ASAP!

Confirm Shipping Address by Friday!

Four is ready to ship, but we want to make sure we have the correct shipping info for all of our backers before sending out your copies. So please confirm your shipping address is correct by Friday (January 17th).
The plan is to begin shipping Four out on or before this coming Monday, so the sooner shipping info is up to date, the better!

Backerkit Shipping Cost Error

First of all, thank you all so much for backing this project, and for your patience with the delays, but I'm really excited we're finally ready to ship.
That said, the Backerkit for fulfilling your pledges is now available, but it looks like there is an error that some backers are experiencing. Some people are seeing shipping listed at $10, but your pledge has already been collected (including shipping) and you should not be paying any more unless you are electing to purchase additional copies.
If you are one of the backers experiencing this issue, please email Andy at [email protected] and he will make sure you are taken care of and aren't charged.
Sorry, to those of you impacted, for the issue with this, and to all of you, thank you again for your support in seeing this project come to life. It is more exciting than I can say to see my game out in your hands, and this would never have happened without your help and patience through the process.
